Removing permanent damage, moving walls, changing a view, inventing windows, replacing fixtures, or adding furniture can change what the property appears to contain. Avoid asking for a larger room, a better view, luxury finishes, or structural changes unless you are creating a clearly labelled concept image that complies with the rules in your market.
Compare the original and result systematically
